Customize my web templates for my clients! Ongoing relationship.

I am the owner of a somewhat up and coming web design firm. I currently am just a one man show and I am spending too much time designing my own sites for clients. I have procured a number of pre-made web templates that are just simple HTML with a flash header. I would like a web designer to be able to customize these templates to my customers' needs in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. I am looking to build a working relationship with the web designer I choose to be my contact for all of my template customizations. I am expecting to get up to speed in the next few months and hope to pump out as little as 4 web sites per month. These sites will be just simple HTML with a flash header. They also may just need a simple form mailer for contact information on one page as well. Please contact me with your portfolio so we can go from there.
