Customize and Cleanup a HTML/Bootstrap Template

I have purchased a HTML/Bootstrap Template from Template Monster and have converted that to a WP Template and built a site out of it. However I have a challenge where the site loads very slow and I have observed that there are lot of libraries and plugins used in the Template that are not actually being used and are pre-loading, making the site load slowly on the Browsers. I need someone who is very good in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap to cleanup the Template. I don\'t need any Customization of the template as its already done. Ideally if you can work off my WP Template that would be great for me to integrate with my Website. Hi... I'm interested to this project. Yes this can be worked off from the WP site but at the end I'll also need to check the condition while it's uploaded to the WP site .. just to double check if the problem is not all fixed just by cleaning up the Template.
