Super admin roles Super admin will create all user ids (include ZP and BDO id) and assign roles to particular id. Master data configuration. Zila Parishad and BDO roles 1. Generate MPR Zila Parishad and BDO will generate MPR and assign to a particular Gram Panchayat. Generate MPR form will contain following fields:- a. First user will select district, Block and Gram Panchayat from preconfigured lists. Here if user selects X Gram Panchayat then MPR will be generated for X Gram Panchayat and only X Gram Panchayat can see the generated MPR. (Controls required 3 drop down) b. Select Scheme and sub scheme name (Controls required 2 drop down) c. MPR work name (It should be unique name) (Controls required 1 text box) d. A.S (Administrative sanction) date and amount (Controls required 1 date picker and 1 text box) e. T.S (Technical Sanction) date and amount (Controls required 1 date picker and 1 text box) f. F.S (Financial Sanction) date and amount (Controls required 1 date picker and 1 text box) g. Estimated time for work completion (Here user will enter time in number). (Controls required 1 text box) h. Generate button (After click on generate button application will generate a unique number for future reference and MPR will reflect on selected Gram Panchayat ID) Note :- Once MPR generated they will not be able to modify it again. 2. View MPR There will be a grid view with many different searching criteria. User can view pre generated MPR. Note :- Zila parishad can also assign MPR to BDO so BDO id will also contain Feed MPR form. Gram Panchayat roles 1. Feed MPR A single id will be generated for each Gram panchayat after login by particular id application will show a drop down contains following values (a) All MPRs (b) MPR assigned by Zila Parishad (c) MPR assigned by BDO. Application will show a grid view with different searching criteria for filter MPR. Gram Panchayat user will enter following fields :- a. Work Start Date (Controls required 1 date picker) b. Reason for delay to start work (Controls required 1 Text Area and message pack) If work start date is greater than a month from financial sanction date (F.S) then this field is mandatory and a alert message to all configured mobile numbers else not mandatory. c. Responsible person for delay to start work Same this field will be mandatory if work start date is greater than a month from FS date. d. Work completion date (Controls required 1 date picker) e. Delayed time for work completion (Auto generated number of days calculate by application) Delayed time = ((work completion date – F.S date) - estimated time for completion) f. Reason for delay in work completion If work delay time is greater than zero then this field will be mandatory else not mandatory. g. Responsible person for delay in work completion Same this field will be mandatory if work delayed time is greater than zero. h. Work CC Submission date i. Delay in CC submission It will be calculate from (Work CC submission date – Work completion date). If delay time is greater than 15 days then a alert message to all configured mobile number. j. Work progress It will be a text box where user will feed daily progress report of MPR. (Not mandatory field) Note:- Once user submit any information then in future user will not be able to modify any detail.
