Our client has an ASP.NET powered website that we need converted to a responsive/mobile friendly design. The site is currently password protected and used as the back-end application for their online content website. The site currently uses a table based HTML layout. We are looking for a web designer who can take a set of pages and create the new CSS stylesheet(s) and corresponding HTML so that the client’s development team can convert the site to a mobile friendly design. We will need new mockups for the mobile and tablet view of each page, then, once approved by the client, the underlying CSS and HTML. We are looking for a professional with experience creating or utilizing frameworks, writing clean, well organized stylesheets, and who has a strong sense of modern design. A more detailed scope of work has been attached along with screenshots of each of the existing pages and their corresponding HTML files.
