I am a Business Systems Analyst for a national UK charity, and my current day job is converting paper based (often Excel designed) forms in to Infopath forms, hosted in our Office 365 Sharepoint environment. As part of the 1 - 2 year project my role has involved requirement gathering, Infopath development, testing, documentation, workflow (Nintex) etc. The forms I have built have included complex rules for both formatting and process flow. I am also experienced with lookups to Sharepoint lists/libraries.

I have done various infopath forms with lot of complex logics which was possible in excel. Will be able to provide fully functional infopath form and also ready to send sample screenshots which I have done.
