Complete Website Design

Me and a few friends are going on a road trip when we graduate June 2007 and we want to create a website for the trip what we want is: 3 blogs(for each of us) Map of the United States where we can update daily the location of where we are which is symbolized by a small car and a red line showing places we have already been. A place where we can show off photos and videos of our trip A live feed section(possibly) A section designated for advertisements A Poll/vote area for people to vote on where we should go next, etc. an admin panel where we can update our blogs, add photos and videos, start/stop live feed, edit advertisements, edit poll. we would prefer the layout to be coded in flash or php. We don't have that much money so the budget is small, we are high school seniors after all.
