Community Website

I am looking for a Community Website to be developed (initially focused in UK). There will be a range of services to support the community such as chat rooms, advertising items for sale, BLOGs, uploading of videos, advertising and searching for events etc. There will be approximately 12 Main pages and then a few subpages. To minimise the developers work, I have developed the content and format of the website (in terms of look, layout and content) in a power point presentation (this has been uploaded for your information – please run as a slide show). This should make the website developer’s job much easier - but at the same time I am looking for a developer who can improve and optimise on what I have developed with a view to ensuring that the site is easy to use, professional and a useful tool for the community. I would like a full CMS developed to allow me to easily update and modify the site. I would also like the developer to be a specialist in optimising searches to achieve a No1 Goggle ranking (for certain key words). I will also require some assistance in identifying and including affiliates. I will provide all images and photographs (as shown in the presentation). I have developed a Logo but I would like to see if this could be improved by the developer. The Website attachment should give a good idea of content to allow you to bid (please note that it is saved in Microsoft Office 2007 (if you need me to send in an earlier version please PM me)). On awarding of contract I will provide an updated version of the presentation (and also a Website Specification providing further information) so that work can commence. I am looking for someone who can produce a very professional job. They must be innovative and inspirational, very detail conscious, and most importantly someone who is committed to ensuring complete satisfaction. You should have extensive experience in developing websites with the above described features. Please send me details of example websites that you have personally developed.
