CMS / Joomla / template design

Masters has recently had its websites redesigned, but does not currently have a CMS. We have two sites ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) and we are looking to have Joomla templates developed in order that we can add / modify content for both sites. The layouts of the pages vary slightly, but we can provide a webstructure diagram if necessary. We would like an estimate for the work with and without a cost for migrating all current content. We currently host our sites internally, and we would not be looking to change that at this moment in time.
