The project is about a web application to help users find the best neighborhoods to buy/rent houses/apartments according to their personal preferences. Primary User types of the applications are: Website Visitors Website Admin Realtors The application consists of following features: Phase I – Landing Page and Initial Email Capture All site visitors: · View How it works, About us pages · Capture email for site visitors · Track visitor analytics Phase II – Live search All site visitors: · Answer series of interactive questions (provided by the client) · Screen updates maps/images dynamically based on user choices · Narrow search to desired neighborhood based on preferences · View a list of real estate agents in the selected neighborhood · View a list of available properties in the selected neighborhood via third party API Phase III – Account Creation and Admin Features All site visitors: · Register on the site to create individual accounts · Save previous searches and filters Realtors: · Register on the site to create individual accounts · Add personal social media feeds (Twitter, Instagram and Blog) to personal profile Site Admin: · Super user rights over all accounts (add/edit/delete account privileges) · View registered users and various associated attributes · Analyze which agents appear most often in searches
