I need a website something like these [login to view URL] and www.bruneiclassified.com. There will be a featured adverts (fee paying) on top or side. The featured ads will be featured on every page. Users will need to log in to post their adverts. Adverts will have to be screened by me before it is being published. The website has to be easy to maintain by me; non IT background. My website will be simple, user friendly, with an instant chat box. Most recently added ads will be in front page. Ads can be seen and read by every users but only registered users will be able to post new ads. Sticky ads will be used for fee paying ads. All ads are free except sticky ads. Also, advertisers can put banner on my sites. No need to do any payment system since i will use direct bank transfer or collecting the payment from users directly (since Brunei is small). I just need a completed template and simple graphic design.
