Complete web 2 print solution

Hi, Looking for a web2print solution that I can do everything through - I am a print designer/broker looking to supply a one stop online print shop for regular and one-off clients. Must be able to allow many clients to log into their own "area", store, add, edit, order and recall their jobs. Must have a design tool that can create all types of design once a template has been created. Must be able to upload generic and client specific designs and also finished artwork - sometimes they would have a library of designs and images and would create brochures etc from these. Other times they would just upload finished print ready art. Templates for the design tool I would need to create in Indesign and output as PDFs. Uploading of artwork from client would need to be flexible as possible. A method of online and softproofing would be required..softproofing would need to be a low resolution PDf. A tracking system inbuilt would be a great module as I outsource a lot of jobs each week and need to keep a track of whats where etc. A billing module would be a definate requirement. Payment system would need to incorporate PayPal, Credit Card, as well as Invoicing for regular clients. Something similar to base a site on would be [login to view URL] (unfortuately its not available in New Zealand so i need one made). Would need to be totally run from my host server. I sell complete offset and digital printing (outsourced to several commercial printer companies).. Also outsource printing on cups, teeshirts, bags, etc as well as printing posters, banners and signage internally. Looking for a complete solution. Definately willing to discuss and incorporate any suggestions that you may have. May have other larger project later depending on outcome of this project.
