Create a simple one column wordpress template/website

Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone with the necessary skill set and experience to create a simple wordpress theme/template that functions and looks similar to the following website: [login to view URL]
The homepage will just be a simple one column squeeze page. I would like it set up in the same way as [login to view URL] where all the other pages (look up "additional articles" at the bottom) have the e-mail opt-in box on the right, with additional boxes for either the main menu or something else. Then of course the space on the left is for the articles and other text needed.
Essentially I want you to create a template that I'd be able to use and customize (including colors and graphic/picture at the top) for numerous different e-book and affiliate marketing campaigns using the above design. Thanks for the help and please don't hesitate to ask me any questions.
