Admin panel design: User interface design

We need an experienced UI designer to design a backend for a training management system which we are developing. The users are very confused when they login to the backend of the system on what to do(Using our admin template) Backend access to current system will be provided. Attached please find: 1. Here are some of the screens we expect a)Front end page-no need to login- this will show a summary of upcoming courses b)Login screen - should have 2 logos- Will be provided c)Dashboard d)Screens based on what the users will be doing and on the various system functionality e)Graphical reports f) Forms [login to view URL] really want a simple UI which is intuitive according to user roles, i was even thinking there could be shortcuts on the user interface which they can click what they do and then the screen goes to that particular page 5..Branding elements :We shall advise the successful applicant on what to do Ps: What is lacking with the current user interface is that the user feels that they do not understand where they are and its not intuitive. we just picked some admin panel and started coding Ps:Please provide proof of previous backend screens/admin panels and other UI interfaces that you have designed already
