Convert PSD/Html to a Tumblr Theme

Need PSD/html design converted to a Tumblr Theme ---------------------------------------------------------- We have created a couple graphic themes that we need converted into functional Tumblr themes. The theme has Facebook and Twitter buttons that will need to be coded to work, as well as ad banner locations to allow users to put in their banner code for whatever affiliate service they are using (ie Adsense, Amazon, self promotion, etc) ---------------------------------------------------------- This could lead to future jobs, so we are looking for someone to work with. We prefer self starters that have documented experience, and those who can get the job down quickly and efficiently.
