build your application with this feature:

1. web site for reservation schools seat and clinic appointments. (same concept)

2. above web site with web service capability for android communication.

3. android reservation application with scanning, secure payment, SMS capability and GPS location for the user. with nice design.

4. Admin panel for the end-user to check the informations feeded by the users.

- everything must be done from scratch, from zero. nothing available with me , only webhost from [login to view URL] and few images if needed.

Time = 12 days (short of time , this app must be submitted to someone) other freelancers wasted my time and not serious.
