Covert template to xhtml

I have this template I created using
Illustrator cs5. I want to use xhtml (div)
to put in content and have total control.
I want to be able to put text in section 1,
2 and 3 labelled in red.
Text should not overflow in this sections
if text happens to be very long. The images
should be in the background.
