Build a Website

I need someone to fix my code to have my online catalog run smoothly on a touchscreen display that I would have set up in my local store. It functions for the most part, there are just somethings that quite don't function properly. For one the add to cart function is no longer functioning properly. We are using the 3dcart software to run the online catalog, so previous use of this software will be a plus. We would like that cart function to send us an invoice when the customer decides to checkout. I also have a iframe that pops up when an item is chosen but the first iframe doesn't correct align, you will need to fix that. A quick turn around time is a plus. We will set a deadline, which you cannot fail to meet.
