Change Web Page to Have Tabs and Tree View (HTML / Jquery / Kendo )

I started a web page that I am trying to mimic a simplified online version of Visual Studio 2013. I need to add a Kendo UI Tree View and Tabs to the page. The tabs will load a local html page (can be temp for now). When you click on the tree view, it will dynamically add a new tab or goto an existing tab, similar to how Visual Studio (or any IDE) works. Here is the page I have so far that needs the change: [login to view URL] I am trying to use purely HTML/Javascript/jQuery, with some Kendo UI to do the splitters, which is what my current page has. Now I just need the tabs and tree view working in there.
