Build an Online Store

We are looking to build an eCommerce website. One side of the website will allow publishers(registered users)upload houses/properties for sale or rent on their pages upon payment of a 1 month registration fee through a 3rd payment gateway that will be incorporated to the site. Their listings will now be viewed by all visitors to the site upon payment from which they can be contacted by a filling short form on their pages to inquire about the details of the [login to view URL] their page they will be allowed to upload pictures(max of 4 pictures) and state details of the [login to view URL] extensive search engine on all available properties will be incorporated into the site where users can search properties by location or by type(duplex,bungalow,[login to view URL])etc. The other side of the website will allow publishers(registered users)upload cars for sale upon the payment of a 1month registration fee through the same 3rd party payment module that will linked to the site. Both will be incorporated into the home page and links to either of them strategically placed with the $10 only listing fee clearly stated for each Module. The payment for the listings entitles one to only one [login to view URL] you want to upload for both then you have to pay $10 for the car listing and $10 for the property listing separately. 4 pictures of each item max will be allowed to be uploaded by each user. Their listings will now be viewed by all visitors to the site from which they can be contacted by filling short form on their pages to enquire about the details of the [login to view URL] the membership page,members will be allowed to upload different pictures and state details of the car they are [login to view URL] extensive search engine on all available properties will be incorporated into the site where users can search properties by location or by type,year of manufacture and also condition,location and body type including price range. Cars will be listed by make and by model and also by year of manufacture and also condition,location and body type including price range. There will also be space for adverts on the right side of the page that will allow 50 words per max user. So,basically we intend to build a membership site that will enable users to upload their listings upon registration and payment for both cars and properties. Viewers can see these listings on the site. There will be a registration page and a login page. More details will be sent to the winning bidder
