css / html from site design

We have an existing site design. We need it converted to HTML / CSS. It is going into a content management system, so just use latin content. Here are some requirements for the html / css: - I prefer tableless layouts where possible, so keep the use of tables to a minimum. I know they have to be used in some places, but certainly the outer should be divs / floats not tables. - The design images should be css background images. - Menu highlights should be css - The menu text should be text plus css not images. - The content should come before the navigation in the html. See layoutgala (google it if you don't already know it) for some good examples. - Test in firefox and IE.
