big commerce site -design and complete setup

What i am looking for is a one stop solution company that is able to help me setup up a store similar to [login to view URL] By that i mean: 1)Design ready- similar to [login to view URL] (colors, header, footer). Please check the images attached for the small differences in design. 2)Store setup with payment integration (paypal) , facebook store, social media integration on website (facebook , twitter), check out process setup. The cart solution chosen is : big commerce. No other solutions/options wanted/needed. I will be supplying and take care of product upload, description and photos , logo, any flash images required. I am not looking for marketing services or any other recurring payment with the web agency. Start immediately . dateline 4 weeks. Preferred providers from western Europe, North/Latin America only . South east Asia providers will not be considered. All providers must have experience in setting up big commerce sites and must revert with examples of their work.
