add images to banner

I am looking for a freelance designer that can add some images to a banner (header).. I will provide high resolution images. Images you add should look professional and match the entire layout. If you are looking to simply cut and paste images as is, I can do that myself. I need someone that has experience in designing professional headers, banners and can use shades and other effects to make the banner stand out. I am only going to pay for 1 hour and so quote 1 hour's worth price. You must be prepared to make modifications and re-do the work if I am not entirely convinced about the output. I'll not fund milestone and shall pay on completion. If this is a concern for you, don't bother bidding.
