Graphic Design with HTML and CSS integration

This is a project for a online marketplace store front. It is not very well known, but the requirement is really basic. We need you to make a nice graphic designed template with banner graphics, CSS style sheet and put it together using their existing plug and play web design tools. Please see the attached file for a inside look of their tools, please note you will only worry about the looks of the site we will worry about the product and categorical layout. Their tools are very simple, it lets you put graphics in different position kind of like joomla, and it allows you to use CSS style sheet and HTML, and that is it. If you are comfortable with a Joomla or other similar design than this will be a piece of cake for [login to view URL] only difficult part about this project is that it may require some initial figuring out. Please provide your sample designs in Joomla or Druple, I will only consider people with good ratings and past experience in Joomla or Druple. I will consider you if you put on your bid that you have read the entire attached documents and understand the requirement, I don't like to work with people who blindly bid on project especially on a project that requires some special handling.
