Designer Needed for a Anti Aging Website Template

I am looking for a designer to create a new template for one of my anti aging skin care websites. I have a vision of what I want and will provide detailed explanations and examples of what I want in a video to the winner of this project.
The template targets products sold primarily to women and I want to create a design for my site which exemplifies confidence in my visitors when they arrive.
I have attached a very rough drawing of what I envision and will provide clearer details to the winner.
You bid is for
-2 Versions of this template with a modified PROMO area for 2 different products (see image attached to project) the rest of the template will be the exact same
-Complete slice of both versions of the template to CSS/XHTML without tables that will be fast loading (small image sizes)
Proper candidate will:
-Have great photoshop design skills
-Be able to follow instructions and work from a drawing/video idea to make it a reality
-Be able to slice the PSD templatea into tableless XHTML/CSS
-Be available for updates in the future (This would be additional paid work)
-Will to provide a mock up and then take feedback and make changes once hired
Preference will be given to those who have
-Great feedback and have completed lots of work here at Freelancer.com
-Provide suitable examples of work from beauty/skin care industries
-Can get started right away on the project
