Create 20 pg Ebook from Word files

I have seven newsletters on better writing in Word format. I want to pull some of the content out and use that content for an eReport in pdf. The total wordage will be around 5,000 words, so the total pdf eReport may be no more than 12 pages. Specifications: 1. Nice design cover like one attached 2. Table of Contents 3. Headers and Pagination 4. Interesting page layout that could include tables, lines, shading, etc. Page layout will be a simple headline followed by the article. The article may have subheads. Attached is sample pages from a pdf ebook, and sample of one newsletter. I need a fast turnaround. Thanks, Barry
