Convert png -> jpg and code 6 slideshows based on template

This is a very simple project, I have several photos currently in a xml based slideshow - there are 6 xml files, each xml file has the image path to for each photo that goes with that slideshow. The photos are PNG format and various sizes - I'll send you a .zip with all photos and the xml files. This should be self explanatory for how you'll match which photos go to which slideshows.
Photos should be resized to 640x480, converted to JPG (80% quality), and possibly cropped (at least one the background is irrelevant) - All trivial tasks. The .JPG should be stored in a directory based on which of the 6 slideshows they are in (currently all are in one directory).
The html template is a javascript based slideshow - the coding per image is a simple <li>...</li>, uses pikachoose jquery slideshow.
This project should take no more than a few hours for someone with Photoshop and average html skills, will award early to bidder who bids $30 who understands project.
