Complete Site Redesign Needed - Only .psd, No Programming

Hello, I am looking for somebody to redesign my current website. They do not need to do any programming (I already have programmers). This is purely in terms of visual appearance and functionality. We expect to be sent all the photoshop files and associated images. If you are interested, please submit a sample design of our homepage: [login to view URL] . Whoever submits the best design to me will be awarded the project. Details: Every page on the site would have to be redone (there are about 10-12 main ones) but most of them are easy. They should all be in the same theme or style. This is a Web 2.0 site, so we need it to be modern, cutting edge, yet simple and highly functional (ie very easy to use). The designer would be expected to visually redo all aspects of the site. The designer is also expected to create the small details of the site (ie, what features drop down, what to name the links in the header, what font to use for the text boxes, etc). The designer is also expected to provide us with the images, icons, logos, etc if they view it as necessary. Please send me examples of your past work, along with anything else that you believe to be relevant.
