Cleaning Website

A small website for a growing cleaning services company based in London is required. The site will probably just have about 5 pages of information, one for each category of cleaning services offered and a "Contact Us" page from which users at the website can send an email to a designated email address. There will also be a FAQ page and another monthly changing page providing tips on cleaning. The emphasis is on creating a visually appealing, clutter free set of pages with good but fast loading graphics. Possibly, starting with a set of 5 really vibrantly coloured stock photographs of flowers in a set position on each of the main pages that could be easily updated by the client to keep the site fresh. In preparing the site you can use dummy text as the final text for each page will be provided to you. The website must be compatible with the widest range of browsers which should be possible given the emphasis on having a clean and simple site that is visually attractive. You must provide me with the total / final cost of the work in USD, be able to accept payment by Paypal though I may consider other safe payment options and you must provide 4 examples of similar types of website work for other clients (direct web links) that you have done together with the cost of each? The above work must be completed within 2 weeks and the project can commence within the next 7 working days. Payment will be made in two stages. 1st stage will be on the satisfactory completion of the website after testing and final payment on the website being successfully hosted by the client.
