Christmas Message Design and HTML

This project requires a very fast turnaround. We have written a Christmas message for all our clients and business contacts, which is to be emailed TODAY. We require a design to be created for a HTML email. The design should be simple and elegant. The design must incorporate; - our logo (attached as both jpg and eps) - a christmas graphic (graphics to be sourced by the designer - free graphics preferred, but will pay a for graphic if necessary) - the christmas message (see attached) - an email footer as follows - We respect your privacy. If you no longer wish to receive correspondance from us by email, please let us know by writing to ''. The successful design will be selected, and will receive AUD$250.00 as a milestone payment. They will then be required to produce email ready HTML. This HTML must be able to correctly appear in the various email clients, including outlook, mac mail, gmail, yahoo mail and hotmail. This will be a 2nd milestone payment in the amount of $150. We require submissions for the email design by 0930 Melbourne (Australia) time today. The successful design will be selected by 10:00 am, and the HTML code will be required to be submitted by 12:00 mid day Melbourne time today.
