Website for a large number of users/members (50,000+) where members have the capability to interact with others via instant messaging, email, photo uploading. What would make this sight unique form others, is that members would have to submit photos, and would have to be " approved" by some process, maybe at first the host will approve all members, and later a system where other members can approve prospective members. The site will be for an exclusive physical "type".
