I am looking to build a new credit site and I need someone with experience to build it. I need it be able to track advertisers, have google ads, have account management, have a area for my clients as well to list their current creditors and amount owed and pass due amounts, etc. I want to offer products and services as well on the site and I need 100% ownership and control over the site, it's content and everything.
Again, this is a new website so I need a complete corporate kit. You must be able to do graphics as well as build a website. This is urgent, the economy is bad and my money is little. I can only afford to pay $50. If you can't do this on my budget, then don't bid. I will send full specs to the selected person.
