Build New FabulousFlirt.com Dating Website

I am after a new dating website to be built for FabulousFlirt.com. The target market is for classy, sophisticated, sexy/attractive and wealthy individuals looking to date like-minded individuals. I have a photoshop layout (psd) that I will send to the winning bidder. The features and feel of this website I am after will be very similar to [login to view URL] but alot more modern and fresh looking (as sugardaddie looks very old fashioned) Also the difference between my site and sugardaddy is that users will be able to sign up for FREE (for a limited time) You will need to setup - Front Page with search, Search Page, Forums, Hotlist, User Profile Page Layout, Functional Payment Gateway (linked to paypal for now and the ability for me to edit the payment options) Gold & Diamond Members section with special features (These Members will appear highlighted and at the top of every search page) However Gold Members will be FREE for a limited time.) Ability to gift membership to other users in the future. Add in general website pages & features T&E/Contact Form/ Newsletter, Etc. Add in admin panel. Ensure the site has meta/seo keyword features that I can edit on the admin end. Finally fix any other issues and errors along the way as is expected with any new website. ENSURE YOU: - You speak/write in Clear English and are reliable at responding to emails/Keeping me up to date. - Very attentive to detail and experienced with website building. - Please ensure YOU will be doing the work yourself and not handing this project down to a third party. - Have a link to your portfolio. - Meticulous with your time & organisation. Please explain clearly how you think you will achieve building this site, what platform you will use such as magento/drupal etc, I am open to better ideas & suggestions.
