I have About 20 pages of images which altogether contains about 130-150 objects. Objects might be any thing like background, boy, bird,house trees etc. You need to trace / draw those objects in Flash CS 3 or above and color them as per provided sample.
An example of source file is attached. Project duration will be 15 days from acceptance of proposal.
