Cube with hovering, simple HTML code

Hey I need the attached html code to be clean and more precise. The user should see the cube in grey, and on hover on each icon, he should see 1. the icon he is on hover in red 2. the title of the icon below the cube 3. the description of the icon below the title furthermore 4. all texts (titles and descriptions) should be translateable by drupal 5. when none of the icons is being hovered, below the cube has to be some placeholder (image or text) 6. all the code should be presented in a side block in drupal (about the width of the cube) I dont need portfolios, so please dont send me. This is a really simple tasks someone can do within 40min work. Thank you! Joel
