Data entry and sales writing

We need a TEAM (No individuals) whose mother tongue MUST be English (for all members involved in this task) Specify how many people and how many hours per day will be working on this project and expected delivery (up and running on the database) We are an agency that sells courses online, we have more than 700 providers (each provider can sell only the course or option "A", option "B" or option "C" or all of them (A, B, C are different products) You have to visit the providers' website (all of them are alike) gather the information from their website and fill their into our database: -All provider information (23 text fields, 2 html fields with 500 words and 19 booleans/ numerics fields) (700 institutions). -All metadata for the providers/schools page. -All course information (2 html fields, 1 text fields and 16 number fields) around 12000 products, around 5000 unique product descriptions, the others are repetitions of the first 5000 products, just the number fields change (price, hours, quantity of people per course, etc). -Add starting dates for every course. You have to import from cvs, the starting dates and available seats for that product, by default is every Monday of the year, otherwise as indicated on the site: exemples: every day, including or excluding saturdays and/or sundays, excluding holidays, excluding special dates, etc) -Product A (18 number fields, 2 text fields, 1html field, 1 image) all broken in 6 tables. Around 2800 products -Product B (5 number fields, 1 image, 1 text field (html)) around 1400 products. -product C (6 number fields, 1 image, 1 text field) around 1400 products External providers’s product must be associated to all schools in the same city The quantity of products is not exact, but you can use the mysql tables and fields descriptions to understand more or less the amount of info. In some cases the numeric fields are ids referencing other tables. I repeat, ANY SINGLE PRODUCT, any single course, ANY SINGLE OPTION of every institution (or provider) must be in the database after you have finished the data entry. Any question, problem or special situation must be communicated immediately to me. During the time I answer your question, you are supposed to continue with another institution (no dead time please) You have to REWRITE the text descriptions to create an unique content (copying text from the providers and pasting it in our database is not allowed, the only exception is contact information, phone, fax, email, etc. If you have experience on SEO and writing sales text we can discuss a BONUS for every page reaching the top 3. For your information, an institution with all the information entered into the database counts around 2500 words, including the repeated sentences. You can verify that the data is right simply by visiting the provider's page and checking that every product appears on the page. We will provide with a partial list of urls (239) or their exact institution name for the missing urls (you will have to google the missing institutions, send excel file to us for validation and then continue as previously described) Some products are already entered; you have to check that every SINGLE product for every single institution is there and rewrite any copied information. The internal comments field (for institutions) must be used to communicate to us any special situation that it may arises, special comments about the providers / institutions, etc. Existing comments must not be deleted, but concatenated with your comments about the institutions / providers. Internal urls must not be modified. As you have to be importing cvs directly into the database we ask for: -Zero disclosure / total confidentiality of your tasks. -Good knowledge of sql (we don't want you to delete our entire database or crush our data) and you will need to know how to set the data to import it by cvs without errors. You have to bid for the service of data filling for the total amount of institutions. The quality of your work will determine if we will keep working with your team or not. Optional bid: Search the address of the school and paste the googlemap address (you have to check the format to be the right one) The google map address must point as exactly as possible to the school / provider address (if not possible to the zone) This is the description as exact as my understanding of the project goes, any question, answer or not understood information will be explained in the pm or by answering the questions.
