Pro Traffic System is a U.S. Based SEO and Web 2.0 Marketing Firm Specializing in Web Domination for Local Businesses. We are seeking a firm that can handle the outsourcing services of our business for some or all of the components of the enclosed specifications.
The following department/job request is just 1 department of a 7 department process that constitute the necessary services for the setting up and maintenance of (1) Client Account. We have listed this in this manner so you can get a idea of scope of work and Scale Ability for multiple accounts.

We prefer to have these departments handled by one firm inclusively but have set up these individual job requests to entertain bids on individual departments.
With the current marketing plan we have in place, we have an anticipated ramp up within the next 2-3 months of 5 accounts per month to 20 accounts per month, where each phase of our 7 components/departments need to be implemented. The number of accounts we anticipate in the first 12 months is 135 and then growing at the end of the 12 months by a total of 20 accounts per month. Remember this is just 1 department of 7 or 1 piece of 7 that it takes to service a WHOLE account.
We are looking for a firm(s) that can grow with our company and offer scale ability to provide both new account set ups and ongoing promotion of existing accounts.
Department 7: Monthly Promotion of Existing Accounts
We will require the Monthly promotion of existing accounts which will require the following:
1. Writing of 1 medium quality Article 500+ words according to the guidelines of [url removed, login to view] This article will be written to the standards under content creation.
2. Spinning of Article Into (2) Additional Articles with at least 30% variation to pass Google Duplicate Content Rules.
3. Posting of (3) Articles Into [url removed, login to view] and recording URL's
4. Production of (1) Animoto Video and Spinning Into (2) additional videos and submissions according to the guidelines outlined in Video Creation and Submission to viddler, youtube, revver and traffic geyser.
5. Recording of RSS Feed and Video URL's.
6. Pinging of Each New Url and RSS feed URL Created (See Ping and Bookmarking Tab)
7. Social Bookmarking of Each New URL and RSS Feed Created (See Ping and Bookmarking Tab)
In this bid we need the following:
1. Turn around time for writing, distribution, pinging and bookmarking of all content.
2. Breakout cost of each item listed above.
3. Costs for the total package as listed above.
4. Break point costs in volume.
5. Capacity per day for promotion of each site above.
