Creating a Mini Site in Wordpress

I'm looking for someone to create a mini site in Wordpress. It'll have up to 10 pages, of which you'll need to write the content for around 7 of them.
I have the domain with Wordpress installed. As part of this job you'll need to:
- Find or design a Wordpress template for the site
- Customise the template
- Write the content for 6 of the pages
- Add images and buttons (sourced by you) to make the site look good
Potentially this could be a long term arrangement if this project works well.
The budget is $100.
