Create a NEW website and do SEO to garner #1 ranking in google for keyword Xocai (which shouldn't be real hard to do right now). :-)

A website I created previously myself ([url removed, login to view]) goes back from 1st to 2nd page of google, but I want 1st or 2nd spot consistently with a new site.

So you will need to create the site and tell me what I need to do to host it on www.luckyregister.com... I can buy a domain name that has xocai in it if this helps the seo some more. Then after creating the site, get valid links that keep it #1 or #2 in search engine... no black hat seo will be tolerated!
