Data collection (Scraping) from site with Captcha

I need two programs which automatically (scrape) collects information from two websites and format them in an Excel spreadsheet.
The first site allows a mobile number to be entered (which you will need to generate and increment through a loop) which it will validate as correct or not - it has a Captcha that is required to prevent automated verifications.
The second site allows a postcode and mobile number to be entered and provides information in relation to it on the next webscreen.
All the information needs to be collected which will comprise potentially several million numbers.
The work needs to be completed within 1 week. The project will be split in two phases - the first site needs to be completed first - then the second site can be completed.
Payment will be made when both sites are completed and a sample of numbers are verified as correct from those gained.
The programs need to be written in a way that they are as generic as possible for use with other sites with minimal modifications - parameterisation should be used to prevent hard coding too much into the programs.
