Assitance with a PayPal to Eppass Transfer

Hello , I am looking for assistance Im trying to transfer money from my paypal to eppassporte, I do sincerely apologize if this topic is not allowed I dont think it is, but if it is please contact me Ill take it down. But If someone could either exchange for me at a reasonable rate or give me instructions on the fastest way to do so this would be wonderful. I need to do about $400 transfer every two days , I just dont like leaving it in paypal and use my epassporte alot more. Thank you
