Debt Settlement/Loan Modification/Mortgage Lead/Deal Generator

Hello all, I'm a co-owner of a debt settlement company. My partners also own loan modification and mortgage companies so we can provide all 3 services. I am currently looking for a few partnerships to help me generate deals. These partnerships will consist of telemarketers and web promoters. I have lucrative business models for both, but I will pay for deals not leads. For debt settlement and loan mods I work in about 20-25 states each. I can do morgages in all states. Debt needs to be atleast 10K for debt settlement. Loans for mortgages need to be atleast 100k. My project will require you to either get people to call us at our toll free number that fit the criteria, fill out our forms on our website, or we need you to get us there names and contact info so that we can call them. I will pay a set dollar amount for mortgage and loan modification deals that close. Payments will be made 3 days after money/loan has funded. I will also pay a set dollar amount on debt settlement deals that are closed but you can also make monthly reciduals if the client stays in. My business model works if you can produce a quality lead. I dont have the time to waste on bad quality. Each lead I recieve I should atleast be able to get a 10-30% close ratio. We are a small company and I have upto 3 agents that will close the deals.
