Cisco VOIP CDR Format alterations

Good evening I noticed you are having some trouble with your CDR system. You didn't mention if you are using the cisco routers as a PBX(CME) or you have a CUCM system or another 3rd party PBX system. The goal I'm reaching for is to let you know that I have a broad range of skills in the pbx market and I know how to get to the bottom of your problem.
