Building voip phone system to become an ITSP

I can build this for you. Although my bid does exceed your posted budget, I believe that my experience with ITSP systems is worth it. I have been building Asterisk applications and systems for 15 years, including several large ITSPs servicing several thousand customers. I can build the customer facing front end if you provide a basic design structure for it.

Hi, I am interested with the project. As Asterisk Support for 8 years, I can build Telephony System from scratch and troubleshoots issues up to its core functionality. I usually use Ubuntu Server as base OS Linux platform of the system and in it we can install the Asterisk may it Elastix or FreePBX. I would install a multiserver, carrier-class Kazoo platform on to servers (baremetal or VPS) provided by you. I would configure the system to provide you with centralized logging as well as support both audio and video based SIP clients optionally using TLS+SRTP. Based on your description, the goal of this proposal should cover to build a present the architecture to deploy a cloud based Hosted PBX Service Provider. It can be done using the infrastructure and services provided by Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, IBM, Google, Hostway, etc... I personally have experience deploying proof of concept projects with similar goals, using AWS and providing end customers free of choice for hosted Elastix, FreePBX, SipXecs/eZuce, 3CX and Brekeke.
