I require someone to put together some software that will basically be an Auto Dialler. The objective is for thousands of numbers to be auto dialled via import of a CSV file, for one ring to check if it is connected or not. The results should be exportable with the whole list giving whether the number is connected or not for easy sorting. For the right person this should be quick and easy.
