Analysis and guidance for MGCP Tadiran VOIP messages

We need some one with an understanding of how Tadiran implements MGCP. If you don't know what I mean by this, DO NOT BID. We are a call recording company that records calls on many VOIP phone systems. We can record MGCP calls, but are not getting the information about the calls, other than the start and stop of the call. Specifically, we are missing the caller ID and number dialed information and also what is called the DNIS (dialed number information service) in the US. We have wireshark samples of the calls and need to understand why we cannot see or interpret the MGCP or other signaling correctly. To bid on this, you should have experience with MGCP and at least some work with Tadiran, either directly or in trying to integrate with other systems such as Asterisk. Your deliverable is to take the wireshark files and identify which messages have the caller ID and dialed digit information and how to find them in the packet data.
