Design Virtual Cover for Ezine/Google No1 Local Search

I have a current website and would like to add a virtual picture for my ezine, it will sit next to the opt-in box on the landing page.I have had a designer complete the a number of documents online so colours and basic design are already in place, however there is still room for design input.
