Develop simple application based on freelancer API.

Application should provide 2 basic functionality. These are searching freelancers and sending project invitations. 1)User must be able to query freelancers based on folowing parameters: -expertise_csv -country_csv -rating -count Check documentation for details: [login to view URL] The list returned by server should be displayed like here: http://www.freelancer.com/directory/freelancer.php 2) User must be able to select freelancers on returned list, then log in to his freelancer account, compose invitation text for specific project and send it to the selected freelancers. Sending invitation should be made on separate thread with a progress bar showing current number of processed invitation calls. Programming environment will be Visual Studio 2010 VB.NET. You will have to provide whole working solution file with fully working project. Application must work in real world not just sandbox.
