I am looking for a page that allows me to upload a file to a MySQL database. The method of upload needs to support but not be limited to drag and drop. The page needs to support drag and drop from Microsoft Outlook into the page either the e-mail itself or even just the attachment. Then I need a second page that will pull the file from the MySQL database and then present the user either a preview of the file, or the file or allow the user to open the file. The pages will be used in an existing VB.NET ASP.NET web application with Framework version 4.5 Browsers that would preferably be supported are Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox.
