Convert VB6 project to newest VB10

I have a game project that has been started (and about 30% completed) in VB6 but I want to see if it can be converted to VB 10. I only have VB Express 10 right now, it should be noted. I just need it to compile and work in VB10 without errors, super code optimization isn't necessary, though its welcomed of course, and bonuses may be given out for this sort of thing.
It contains only a few special addresses/settings, no .OCX's, databases or anything like that are in the code, but some of the code leans on older VB6 practices (LoadPicture, etc) to do stuff, so I need it cleaned up and working in VB10. Suggestions or replacement functionality (that does the same things) will be welcomed of course.
The worker should be familiar and very experienced with both languages, so that they know what they're doing. I speak English, so would prefer working with someone who is fluent in the language.
You'll be provided with the VB6 source code, and accompanying graphics so you can test.
