We are in need of a .NET control similar to the ASP.NET Localizer ([login to view URL]). Must be a design time control functioning in pretty much the same manner. We don't need the licensing end, or the CulturePicker. Must also support some sort of MS SQL Server based content, as well as the .resx files. Winning bidder must provide full source code in VB.NET for internal customization/implementation.
